What is the conclusion?

Conclusion on the fire story in Toledo- The fire report says the fire originated in the living room but from an unknown source but not nefarious in nature.The tenant Section 8 so she's moved her voucher to another house but did NOT have renters insurance.

this is my conclusion and i would appreciate a second set of eyes..a lawyer recommended a lease purchase agreement and not an owner financed mortgage.  

The conclusion that I have arrived at is if you are like me and have little reserves, very little capital, and no experience.

Over the years I have come to the conclusion that even new investors factor them in but everyone uses their own %ages so I only provide the Gross figures but I DO make note in the description to make sure to account for them.  

I basically have to say - scrap that purchase appraisal - now lets get a real appraisal based on comps , and make a detailed package for the appraiser/bank showing what comps I and using the come to that conclusion?

We have been actively looking in Moncton for several months, Brad and I ended up coming to same conclusions prior to meeting and found Moncton to be quite attractive.

I'd encourage you to look further into the demographics... but here is the conclusion I come to in looking at all that information.
