I'm curious to see with so many packages being delivered now what the cost of shipping goods is going to end up being too with the UPS driver increase.

I'm also intrigued by the idea of buying a boat, docking it, and renting that out (plenty of non-operating boats get rented out at what appears to be full-booking rates around here).

I wonder about trucking/transport/shipping now, because this appears to be a weak link in the big picture equation.

First,  that HGTV resort is in Andros which has no Commercial Flights and very small and sporadic container ships. 

Pre-order as much as you can from Amazon (get a prime account if you don't  have one - free 2day shipping) and have it delivered on the day you arrive. 

I saw the Be Lite ones before and had gotten a quote from them - they seem really nice but are around $2k with tax and shipping for my size tub. 

I tend to only recommend that if you are local and can be super hands on to run a tight ship. 

You can find "Guaranteed Credit" at www.Half.Com for less than $5 including shipping, and even the 1995 version should be of a lot of help because of the links it has to updated sites such as the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Since that ship has sailed, I'd go into settings and make it so your last name doesn't show.
