I have been very surprised by how much our SC lake house is rented in the "off season"People come to:Relax by the fireplace with a view of the lake, girl or guy weekends, visiting family in the area, visiting their kids at Clemson, Holiday getaway with family, fish, get away from the brutal cold up north or the heat in Florida or just get away.

Whatever...On the other hand, my other applicant is a single nurse with 3 girls.

I could help you go over some options, as I'm a numbers type of girl.

Eventually the girls take teaching jobs farther away and move out.

I even paid for a couple of their advanced seminars ($79 each) and felt one was worth it, but I should have stayed away from the second- I don't need anyone to tell me that a girl can do it, too!

In my probate mailings, I have a girl that will stuff and hand address them for $11 a hundred.The second problem is that you need a higher volume of letters. 300 is not very many.
