Comes down to time vs money.You could use one template and use a good copy machine over yellow pages.  

I had a similar experience with the time delays with a clothes washing machine in my own home.  

One contractor said he could drain to the washing machine drain hidden in the closet but the living area unit would be run along the wall for about 20 feet. 

here's an idea... you put in a coin op laundry room in and look for companies that come out and service the equipment that you have to buy/rent/ or what ever the agreement is... from them once a month but they cut you a check for some of the proceeds that they pull from the machines.  

I was at the property a few days ago cleaning a unit and a tenant ran out to give me his registration -- I don't travel with a copy machine.

also i found they used our machines to wash clothes for charity, and that day the laundry was in use ALL DAY long and no one else could use it. 

Right up there with vending machines and other "get rich quick" schemes.
