So I called my insurance company and for I think it was 10 dollars a month extra I get this supplemental full coverage on car rentals added to my insurance and now they can't charge me anymore.

I don't know that I'd currently risk my credit score for $750 a month, but maybe when I'm done with acquisitions or I move purely into commercial it'd be a fun little supplement, enough to buy and maintain a little hobby boat or plane.

It's a good supplement to BP, books, etc in that networking locally is an important aspect of meeting the local players, forging potential partnerships, learning about opportunities, etc.

Who for decades followed the rules as directed, put significant %'s of their income into the hand's of those exact stock's/fund's, to find they NEED to supplement these "returns" with active income JUST TO SURVIVE.

What I am trying to indicate is a bitter truth for those who pulled the trigger but it can serve as vitamin supplement for others.if the objective is cash flow I am better off renting $5K car on turo for monthly cash flow of $590 as reported on BP.I am not sure how much time you have spent in Indy but I spent one week last year and my email is flooded with listings on a daily basis.

The properties I have retained are for the purpose of supplementing my pension now that I am semi retired.Unlike most that leave their equity sitting dead in a property reducing their return in investment to nearly nothing my properties are as close to 100% financed as I can get them.
