Thats why i'd rather just have a seperate policy.To make a long story short when i started my part time trash hauling business i got threatened with commercial insurance (if they found out thats all my other vehicle did), which would have killed my dream before i could even get it off the ground.

Though you could always hire a pi, track down the lender...have him followed then find evidence of him cheating on his wife,...then threaten to provide it to the wife unless he accepts the payoff for the amount your offer will bet him....

I've also had a kook come around my personal home taking pictures of my home & things because of a home that I sold them (they altered it and had problems later) as they threatened to sue me which never happened.

But you could definitely threaten them with that- maybe "threaten" is to harsh - at least let new tenants know that if they try to use the deposit as last months rent you plan to take legal action.
