Are there any brokers in the BP community that have such an arrangement and can shed some light on the best way to approach firms in the Triangle for a non-traditional provisional broker?

I looked at your profile to see what state you were from to maybe shed some light on that abnormally high tax potential and see you're a high voltage electrician - Wowsers!!

In addition to the full bath, there's a "kitchen" (sink, stovetop, and fridge; no stove) and washer + dryer hookups.There's also a shed on the property that was converted into a office.

I'm an investor and realtor based in NYC and can shed some light. 

Over the course of two years I added a shed and cleaned up small repairs around the property.

I would think so as well, but a neighbor of mine found out that he couldn't use a shed as office space either (legally).

Can you store the stuff in a shed or something just in case?
