I am not a flipper (part time buy and hold) but I essentially do the same process when I sell a condo (just wrapping up one now) with new floors, paint, trim, appliances (if they are dated) etc, surrounds, etc...

The house was huge, and the entire 2nd floors was brand new with gleaming hardwood floors, new baths etc, but the first floor needed a kitchen and needed all new trim and doors (solid core) So to answer your question, YES!!

There was a similar non-mls property needing a refresh (paint, carpet, trim, etc) on the same cul-de-sac for $135k but the timing of buying before winter and concern of the prices falling was enough to deter walking through it.

The Atlanta Chapter of the 501st (Dress up an authentic Storm Troopers and visit children's hospitals and stuff) is really active, so I'm getting involved there.Plus 3D printing is really quite crazy the things I can make that I had no idea I couldn't live without.Trying to get back into Keto too.....
