I am not a flipper (part time buy and hold) but I essentially do the same process when I sell a condo (just wrapping up one now) with new floors, paint, trim, appliances (if they are dated) etc, surrounds, etc...

The house was huge, and the entire 2nd floors was brand new with gleaming hardwood floors, new baths etc, but the first floor needed a kitchen and needed all new trim and doors (solid core) So to answer your question, YES!!
