I'm so sorry your dealing with these unbelievable issues, thank you for putting your mistake out there for all to see and learn from.

But you are tying up an unbelievably valuable resource: your VA loan.

I am totally addicted to the BP Podcasts.  

My 1st suggestion is to take a look at the podcasts and pick a few that look most interesting to you - once you start listening to them you will get addictive to them pretty fast and learn a ton about real estate investing in a short amount of time ! 

I know it's cheaper on the front side to do it yourself, usually, but the lack of experience and mistakes that could be made in trying to do it yourself are unbelievable scary and can cost you so much more in the long run.Again, welcome to the community.

UNBELIEVABLE; I could find investor ALL day long to syndicate those deals!!

I had a tenant vacate the other day and while doing the walk through they stated "oh yeah, we change the filter every 30 days"...so I opened up the return and this what the filter looked like:What amazed me was after I showed them the filter they still insisted they changed it every month....unbelievable....

Note: I know my numbers look unbelievable.
