No one can be sure what is going to happen, my main point was if you are going to buy a building today I am pretty certain hyperinflation is not an immediate concern.Let's define stagflation: "Persistent high inflation combined with high unemployment and stagnant demand in a country's economy."

Being persistent and consistent is the most important thing to Marketing.

I know it can't be easy, I have listened to hundreds of success stories and it takes incredible persistence and determination, but now is the time to start.Here is what I have:$40,000 in cash (thanks to my amazingly frugal wife)A home that is currently 10% paid off (thanks to our amazing renters) a $90,000/ year W20 debt other than our houseMore drive, passion, and grit than anyone elseSo my question is... who has been in my shoes, and what are you doing now/ have done to accomplish the dream?

If you are serious, that is great, but many of the people you want to talk to have built their companies through hard work and and persistence.

I think you're antsy and impatient but that shows your persistence and you need it to be in RE investing. 

Stay persistent and keep your values in line with who you want to be and where you want to be (keep the end in mind).
