Of course you want to limit the downtime of the unit, but I wouldn't incur an unreasonable extra expense for the sole reason of finishing earlier to better your opportunity to rent it.The areas most affected by winter moves seem to be the places with harsh winters.

Tenant agrees not to use caustic draincleaning chemicals in any of the drains or plumbing fixtures. 

WIsh I could find something close to me that doesnt have the harsh winters, but it is what it is!
