@Dominic Kosteris you clearly have been brainwashed by identity politics and haven't read any of the actual posts in this thread where landlords explain concrete problems with Section 8 tenants they encountered in detail (that have nothing to do with race).

Consider acting as a bird dog for the dominant wholesaler in your market.

I think there is a great opportunity for creating a market here as well, based off what I can find, it doesn't look like anyone is really walking into High Point to dominate the market and drive neighborhood qualities up.
