This is my 3rd party and I'm so excited! I did the math I should be cash flowing 8k a year after all expenses, I believe it is a great deal in my opinion. I have a plan to implement over these next 5 years to by the time I hit 30 years old to quit my job, and to own over 20 units also 7 properties. I would like to be producing maybe 3 times the amount of money I currently make at my job now. They asked 55,000 I offered 45,000. We ended up settling on the purchase price of 50,000, oh and I almost forgot, this has only been on the market 3 days!

John Van Uytven This is the beginning of my second year end of my first year of investing in Real Estate. I want to purchase 2 properties every year. I am very excited I am looking to continue this process at least for the foreseeable future. Last year I was thinking only one property per year, I have a feeling my goals will grow as my level of wealth increases to be honest. Thank you for taking the time to respond I really appreciate it!
