When trying to verify, you cannot ask anything about the disability...only ask if they met with this person/animal and signed the document you have.If you present a clear and well prepared policy, you are showing that YOU know the rules, and expect that they will too.

You cannot ask about the nature of the disability but you must be able to call and verify that there is a disability and the link of the animal to the disability.(2) Someone has suggested providing a form to the applicant to take to the LMHP to fill out, sign and date. 

Ok so what do you do when one of your "friends" comes down with cancer, can't work and doesn't get disability because they are too wiped to go through the process.

My main source of income is disability and the Gi bill school money- which lenders won't count as income.

(Driving is becoming unsafe IMO and airlines are sketchy)- Build my business to support 1,500 housing units for homeless and Disabled Veterans.

They were great people who had little means, most on my top 10 were actually via age or disability (yeah all you naysayers, didn't think of disabled persons did ya).

He is covered under Medicare due to age and disability (emphysema 15+ years).
