there are astounding numbers in Mississippi at the % of the population that is on some sort of assistance.. its over 50%. were as here in our market you have some section 8 but its not with 50 to 60% of the tenants.

Well i did that personally I bought 13 new homes in and around Jackson MS 5 in Madison county which is the wealthiest county in the state.. and 8 in Rankin county.. second wealthiest.. 

I don’t know much about Arizona but I looked at a house where I’m from in Minnesota off the Mississippi River.

I had 11 new construction homes in Mississippi rents at 1,200 to 1600 top 20% of the market.. and i still have had some issues.. not drastic and defiantly better than 700 renters.. and one renter destroyed one home 45k in damage.. 

I think a lawsuit arguing breach of contract, and negligence on the part of the 1st attorney, Ms. ****, would be the best course of action.

Teddy,I would say that depending on the capital that you have in place, your best option is going to be leveraging your funds and get involved in the Midwest (Indianapolis, Oklahoma City, Kansas City, Jacksonville MS etc...), which is where we primarily operate.

I prefer someone East of Mississippi.
