@Jonathan Guerrero Yeah but we had to attack a few other markets other than Bako after a while to make sure we were getting enough deals.

Hopefully, beginning investors (gurus and uninformed coaches or mentors) will drop back to the basics, business law, learn and not screw this avenue up to the point of having state regulators begin attacking another legal and customary practice......so watch out who pops up with any ideas, see your attorney!

Either way you attacking a whole industry is without foundation.  

No amount of success stories, no number of impossible situations that Agents are not equipped to handle, no logical attack on flawed equity stripping logic or questioning if I was "ethically" obligated to offer top dollar (I'm not, you're not, heck, they don't even do it in retail) could slake the hate or turn the tide of an entrenched culture.

If I had to guess this property is gonna need at least 80k-100k for repairs I believe.Trying to build a strategy to attack this if it's even worth while.

@John Baker  not sure how your trying to attack pre foreclosures .. however I have done many many of them in the day...
