Each unit is a good size with a large bedroom and bathroom which elevated the earning potential of each unit.

Again, newer homes are often less due to the higher elevation they're built on raising them above the base flood elevation for their zone.Hope that helps!  

Just contact the building departments in towns you have properties and they should be able to tell you how to do it.If, for some reason, no plans are available, there are people who do can draw you the plan/elevations for a small fee.

the maps old and new can be found thru the fema.gov website. and if you own the property already if it is in new flood plain you can contest it. but that may require you have an elevation survey done.

RandyOf course the people that make the laws are going to exempt themselves but as far as I'm concerned their right to free speech is no greater then mine.

Sometimes, free speech should be illegal, like yelling fire in a theater. :)

They are actively recruiting better professors and are wanting to elevate the business school.

And, it's quite common in structures that are elevated (not continuous foundation/slab) where animals die underneath the property.
