Is there a way to invest into real estate without using Fundrise? I want to invest but currently I can't drive due to my knee injury. I don't have anyone who can drive me to places. Since I'm going to be having knee work done eventually I need to replace work income with cashflow per month. I don't want to end up homeless again due to my knee again. My wife is helping but I need to pitch in too. My wife is hardly ever home due to work. I'm exploring options to see what I can do.
