It takes time, knowledge and persistence to build wealth in RE.

I'm wondering if it's me and I am not being persistent enough. 

There are still deals to be had but it takes some homework and persistence. 

Social media is definitely hard to keep up with...I think what people struggle with the most is that they start posting a bunch on Social Media for a few weeks, don't see any results (or run out of content) and then just get frustrated with the lack of engagement and stop posting altogether.Social media definitely takes persistence and a well though-out content strategy.I have personally found Instagram to be much more engaging than audiences on Facebook, Twitter or Linkedin.

I know persistence is key, and by taking action, and involving myself in the business each day my time will come. 

I strongly believe it takes reading multiple books, as you suggested, coupled with persistent action and a local mentor to be successful.

Same sort of principles can be used with in real estate,  it is just being resilient and persistent with your goals and the projects you take on.Welcome to our community here and Good Luck in your ventures!!

No one can be sure what is going to happen, my main point was if you are going to buy a building today I am pretty certain hyperinflation is not an immediate concern.Let's define stagflation: "Persistent high inflation combined with high unemployment and stagnant demand in a country's economy."
