I'm bored with wholesaling due to the fact no one ever buys what I find for them.Wasted 7 months still broke and I just can't do that.

I want to get into commercial real estate so bad BUT I can't.
Why???
I have NO money to put down.
My credit is a mess.
I don't have a fax machine
I don't have a phone/cell phone
I don't even have a job
I tried to do lease options with no money down and both of my offers where rejected....

Am I missing something or should I just get a application and apply for work at Walmart. I can't spend another year making dust bunnies.

If I knew it was going to be like this a year ago I would have stayed at my job. This is the worst time of my life.

Wal Mart looks pretty good, you'll get an employee discount on a phone and a fax machine as well as some office supplies, maybe food too. You'll also get some gas money for your Benz!

It's kinda hard being in RE without a phone! Re-group and attack when you are organized. Good luck, Bill
