@Gary GarciaHere’s my experience- Guaranteed full/partial rent, tenants tend to stay long term, inspections easy if the property is in good shape and up to code, but in all honesty have yet to have a sec 8 tenant that kept the house nice and clean.

@Ken VirziI think people care about honesty and integrity the most.

Your buyers will appreciate the honesty and are likely to do their own due diligence anyway.
