I'm hoping to start charging in 2020 and am really grateful to have a resource like Bigger Pockets on my side.

It's a nice history lesson and a reminder to be grateful for modern amenities. 

But these are just some of the more glaring things that I learned while going through this and I am extremely grateful that i discovered them while being a plaintiff than not finding out my shortcomings until being a defendant.

This was and will forever be my biggest stepping stone into real estate and I am forever grateful for MAX.BUT, more importantly it gave me a track record to go out to other professionals and show them hey, I can do this, I have done this and I have more opportunities if you want to get involved.

Sleeping in doorways and on heat grates, and begging change for a living. but not much focus goes to them.The focus seems to be to get those who get free handouts from the government to believe they should be able to not work and get as much a or more than working people.
