Hello all, my is name Brandon and I have recently become very interested in land development, and have been learning as much as I can about the subject. I just found a great opportunity, but I very much need some guidance. If anyone with experience in the Cape Coral/ North Fort Myers, Florida area would be interested in spending a few minutes looking over my idea and provide some guidance, I would be extremely grateful.
