I get the MLS digest emails first thing in the morning so that's literally the first thing I do every day.Based on the above and since I am new to RE investing and only have a limited amount of capital at hand, my preferred strategy for investing to start out is to full/partial BRRRRs in my local market.

Ive had more issues and headaches with that house than any other house and would love to just be rid of it...I will stick to the $70-$80k range homes, for me they are cash cows, way easier to pay down, and I have a larger audience to select from.

As for Columbus OH being a cash-flow area, maybe, i don't know another market to compare it to other than Cleveland which is a whole 'nother beast, Columbus might not be the cash cow the internet purports, I think there's tons of potential it might be hard to find deals if you're operating out of state though. http://www.dispatch.com/content/stories/business/2...I work for a developer in the area and we are switching from building apartments to homes/developments.
