One of the tenants is an elderly woman, 76 years old, who does have limitations in regards to her activities of daily living.

This tenant has blocked my phone number from their account after my one text in two years regarding a maintenance issue and my assistant has a better relationship with this tenant so he goes each month to track down the rent which is often cash which I don’t prefer due to safety reasons being a smaller woman.

Please help me out and tell me what is your strategy  tha is working best for you

As a landlord you should have a plan for this kind of thing A few months ago a woman walked out on her lease and left all her belongings Her money mongerie landlord threw all her stuff in the dumpster Vintage vanity $2000; Russian made side table $800; 2 Flat screen tvs $500 each; Desktop pc and network $1000; and a whole house more!

So it's kick a woman with two children out on the street just because she wants to.

Her reason nobody wanted the book is "because she's a woman".
