It's usually safer to find a community that already allows them, as it's unlikely they're going to backtrack on all the new income sources they're loving.I think it's even safer to find a community that embraces them. 

You would have to be closing over 5 houses a day in residential plus just the overhead would eat most of your returns alive.Here is some more info for a commercial group for women.

In addition, quite a few of the Money Show episode guests are woman: perhaps she will be able to relate to these concepts when spoken about from the mindset of a woman.There was one show, and I can't remember which one it was, that the guest was talking about the differences between men and women, how women are more afraid of risk and leverage, and how she has overcome that in starting a real estate business.
