One of my inherited tenants:Sociopath. prime suspect in shooting death of husband, prime suspect in disappearance of second husband, attempted poisoning of 3rd husband, charged with forging checks, self admitted to mental hospital to avoid charges, drug dealer, police snitch, suspected of arson in 3 separate cases, intimidated and threatened all other tenants.

Owners realtor has been harassing & threatening me so I got a TRO for agent.

The roofing company that installed the tarp is already threatening to put a lien on my property if I do not pay the full amount though - is there anything else I should consider doing to fight this charge/potential lien?

Threaten to fire him should he not get his act together.....things will change.

Since then she became very angry and hostile, started sending me texts and emails saying nasty things and threatening to Sue me at the rental board. 

If they start harassing or threatening the lawncare provider, that might be an evitable offense.There is an easier solution that I have used.
