I'm a rookie wholesaler in the Inland Empire and I am on the hunt for those TLC/Handy-Man Special/Screaming Deal properties.

My goal is to build a real estate empire that I can pass down to my son and future unborn children.

Anyway, hoping for any references people have for good and available contractors in the Inland Empire.

The reason why people can live here is because they either already created an empire in the mainland and now they come to live their lives here or because lots of people inherit their parents/grad parents properties.

Then use that capital to continue your empire!
