I live the Los Angeles area because it is never too hot, never too cold and everything is so close you can go swimming and skiing in snow on the same day.This has been the greatest and simplest place to become a multi-millionaire during the past 47 years because of the millions of people and diverse ethnic groups.

I would also like to suggest Indianapolis as well, the reason I am investing here is because of the economic diversity. 

There are tons of information on what makes a market great (rising pop, landlord friendly, economic diversity).

The good thing is that here in southern California we have some of the best markets in the country, as well as the most diverse economic base, which is always a good thing.

I understand it is a diverse population but I am wondering if anyone who has experience in the Worcester area can help me get on a more specific path in regards to what neighborhoods to stay away from and which would make a good multi-family investment.
