What you liked about them - some hurdles you had to overcome?  

This is something that can be overcome with good property management, and shouldn't be a make or break. 

On the flip side, a hard money lender may charge higher interest which is an added expense that will need to be over come with that route.

Do you think the fact of overcoming a uncomfortable obstacle, claimed actual benefits of cold plunging, or none of these would result in enhanced clarity in day to day ops of running a wholesale/ investment rei company?

However, this does mean more management so it would also depend on your management capacity.In terms of your loan limits, you can certainly overcome this by using a different lender or using a different program.

Hopefully you have reserves that will allow you to overcome the occasional hiccups that will inevitably arise.
