As far as source of income if you are an entrepreneur you will have to have 2 years of proven income, or if you have a W2 I believe it's 6 months.

I don't think an entrepreneur exists that hasn't pivoted in some way from their original business idea.

I've been an attorney over 15yrs working for bootstrapping entrepreneurs and investors, and I'm transitioning into full time REI & REI Law practice (and am now soft-launching REILawyer.com in fact).  

Scalability is HUGE for me; I view myself more as an entrepreneur than a real estate investor.

I couldn't be the Entrepreneur, the father I wanted to be working 13-14 hour shifts 6days a week.

If it was easy everybody would be a RE investor .look Your just getting started and  The first two years is the hardest of any business in fact many of the great entrepreneurs never made a dime for the first several years but we never hear about that part when we read about their success Today 

You list and sell their home you see the hud you see they made 500k on the deal.... what does a smart entrepreneur do then.. ???
