As the owners we would provide trash removal, all repairs and maintenance to the homes since they are park owned, care for all of the landscaping, grass cutting, tree trimming, etc.

Expect the property to be worse when those tenants leave - expect plaster damage, damage to the wood trim, stuff left behind, and don't expect to get your last month's rent.

Always bring essential tools like camera, flashlight, tape measure, and calculator.Review the exterior for any damages, or things that will need to be fixed.Review the interior of the property checking for things that will need repairs.Look at the kitchen fixtures and check to see if they work properly or need any repairs.Review the HVAC systems, plumbing and electrical work for repairs (if any).Examine the door trim that consists of going around and looking at the trim and seeing what needs to be repaired.Get the property ready to sell.
