Some of the factors causing this is lack of identity for the college, shift of importance of having a college degree in the young generation, the ability for students to go a JC for two year tuition free.  

(I still go through and block them after their call is ignored s they never leave a voicemail mail and their texts are identical…)

In addition to renters insurance, It includes things such as identity theft which people can research and purchase on their own and other miscellaneous nonsense etc. 

Compare their reflectance levels in the chart and they are almost identical.

Time to take police action, this is fraud and identity theft.

I'm in a very similar, almost identical, position as @Jerry Bower, so I also really appreciate Jerry's question and all of your comments.

Thieves don't prefer these since you have to use a Cutoff saw and make a lot of sparks and noise, easier for us to view and see if anything is wrong. 

When the identical property next door shows 24k a year in gross rents, but yours shows 75k in gross rents, I just added a ton of equity to your property without lifting a hammer.  

They are horrible thieves!!
