NJ not so sure but NJ had a lot of cases.Then when you dive into the data for NYC, you notice that Covid was harsh on 1) Elderly people 2) People with preexisting conditions 3) Obese people 4) Low Income people.

Otherwise, the next part may break and you'll need another repair.Also, one tip--make sure you or the tenants do not use any of the bleach or chemical tank drop ins as these cause the seals to wear out/corrode prematurely and fail or leak.Best of Luck...

i just sold my 2 bnb for divorce and i need to restart somewhere.i thought that renting my home bnb could give me the base but now im thinking it will take too long. we did buy my house for half of its worth now, but not having a fix income im not sure i could land money on that.i did consider selling my house but its too harsh on my kids, and a little impractical because once paid the banks i wont be left with much to invest and will have to rent...so now im confused, what are my other option in your opinion?

Harsh perhaps, but tech jobs in the chip industry at that time were hard to find and those who had them put up with the harshness.As other posts have recommended, you might want to think through how you want to spend your overall time.
