Grateful for God that I’m in this position .

We've just begun delving into the idea of REI, and I'm so grateful that my brother pointed me in the direction of BiggerPockets just a few weeks ago, as I am as novice as they come.My husband just got his real estate license-- we are really looking forward to learning the market from all aspects.

I love that its never the same day twice, and I have met some of the best owners, who are extremely grateful for what you do, the tenants that are beyond happy because you found them a place to call home, and learning and serving organizations that specialize in property management. 

Sincerely am grateful for all the amazing people on this platform and would love any advice on understanding the market here in Texas, property management companies, contractors, tax laws, LLCs, etc.
