Let the PM run the property and learn as much about the process as you can in 2 years then when you get back you can liquidate and use the 150-200k as a down payment into a larger complex with more passive income.

@Wayne Brooks ... it's crucial you have an attorney and do all your due diligence with the buyer that they can in fact pay the monthly payments and what their strategy is to refinance in 2 years.
