I was on the fence between PA or NJ right around the border, looks like thanks to all the great info in this thread I’ll look more towards PA!

If you were border line on accepting them then maybe it would a good idea but I say commit.

Near Norris Square Park. For a new build. Numbers look good, just concerned about future of area.

William recommended all but the 12-plex because it was on the border of an iffy neighborhood. 

Desoto County borders Memphis (Shelby County) so you may be able to find solid investment properties at a potentially lower price point.

Euclid, on the border of Cleveland has Point of Sale requirements & it's made me drop 2 potential purchases.
