Hey guys I am new to the forum!  I have read several books on real estate and been going to local meetings.  I have a couple seasoned investors helping me get started and have a couple deals in the pipeline, hoping to bang out my first one here soon!

Aside from real estate I am a web developer.  I'm looking forward to networking with you guys and learning from you. I will definitely contribute as much as I can here.
