Favorite Tennessee Markets?

Hello!  I am living in Los Angeles and purchased a home with my wife back in February.  I want to start looking for markets in Tennessee as I have family there and know that there has been a surge of people moving from the coasts.

I wanted to see what markets people are finding success in Tennessee as Nashville has become very popular and prices have risen quickly.

I've been looking at suburbs of Nashville, Memphis and Chattanooga but would love to hear what experiences people have had down there and start building relationships out there.

Memphis is great and can have high cash flows! You do HAVE to know the market because there are areas you want to avoid! Let me know if I can ever be a resource to you here in Memphis!
