Dust yourself off and keep moving forward.If you can find someone doing what you want to do and shadow a few deals with them in exchange for some grunt work, that may help with confidence and things to watch out for.As far as where to invest, is there a cheaper area that is on the border or transition area that is cheaper but not too low income, and still accessible to you?
