But if you can crack the code of their "info-marketing funnel" and actually find out how to subscribe to that service, it's pretty good.

@Isaiah SullivanCheck Realtytrac.com, it's a paid for service, but can access all the info you're looking for in one database for any area you subscribe to.  

In either case it's a tough road to hoe.I'll get the cliche advice out the way, subscribe to the podcast and make sure you put in key terms to track relevant forum posts (that's how I noticed your post about queens!)

@Sam Gill If you are planning on working the Roseville area then you will need a Broker that subscribes to that MLS.
