Hello Bigger Pockets, my name's Anthony. I currently live in the VA Beach area, but property location doesn't matter too much to me. I'm interested in rental property and possibly flipping houses (living in while fixing/upgrading). I also have zero experience. My financial goal is to become ultra wealthy, so there will be much more that just real estate that I dive into, but this is where i've chosen to start. I know I have a lot to learn and soon i'll have a lot to give.

I've been reading "The Book on Rental Property Investing" (and have read many blog posts not from Bigger Pockets) and plan on getting the rest of Brandon Turners real estate books so I can learn as much as possible before jumping into real estate since I plan on keeping my full time job and would like to make this as easy as possible so it won't affect work too much. Let me know about any books I should read (my preferred method of learning), videos I should watch (I am subscribed to Grant Cardone on youtube), or event tips, I really appreciate any help I can get. I hope to learn and contribute a lot to the Bigger Pockets community, thanks.
