New Hopeful (Heather) in Seattle!

Hello!

My name is Heather and I am looking to invest in real estate in the Seattle area. However, I have no idea where to start! I am 27, work at the University of Washington in an office job, and am again feeling that needling question- "what do I really want to be doing with my time?!!" While it pays my immediate bills, an office job ain't the whole of it.

I have known that I want to invest in real estate for years now and keep telling myself that I will invest when I have enough time, money, energy, yada yada. I would like to start investing while time is on my side. Big breath, I can do it!

(But first a lot of reading!)
