I am a very religious man and have to come to terms with this exact senerio.

Some use the REIA as a loss leader to attract business to their core operation, such as a law firm, mentoring, wholesaling, or deal funding.

I’m not sure if you are religious or not, but I believe that God had a true plan for me.

I am about 100% convinced that the broken wine glass(previous tenants did not consume alcohol because of religious beliefs) is the current tenants fault but can't prove it.

The leader has to be an example for the meeting. 

I also have my real estate license and look on the MLS religiously.

I was put on the MLS automatic email update list for the type of properties I am interested in and I religiously check them for updates.

If you want to be a leader and form a new marketing plan that fits you and your prospective goals, begin with door knocking and meet your local home owners.   

It's economy is on a role (stable / diverse industries ...biggest employer is HEB a grocery store as an example, USAA leader in financial services; attracting more health care, etc).
