I tend to prefer flat paint for normal walls and ceilings, satin paint in bathroom and kitchens, semi-gloss paint for trim.

You would think that $2700 per month might be enough, until you realize it gets trimmed to less than $1000 per month to cover utilities, food, gasoline, auto maintenance and insurance, child care, etc. - and they were allowed to present a co-signer or guarantor but nobody would step up to that job.

As the owners we would provide trash removal, all repairs and maintenance to the homes since they are park owned, care for all of the landscaping, grass cutting, tree trimming, etc.
