I have been addicted to the real estate industry since I had my first taste in the closing dept. for a loss mitigation division a few years back.

I became addicted to real estate investing and the possibilities, and soon afterwards I moved to Houston where I hoped to find a wider array of investing opportunities.

For me its an addiction to BP.. although we get a lot of good out of this addiction.. better than other stimulants.

I have a tenant who has been there over a year and has become addicted to heroine and is causing a lot of problems.

Those areas have far better skiing (WAY taller mtns), far better hiking (WAY taller mtns, better views) & WAY better fall foliage (better in New England than PA).Poconos does win the opioid and meth addiction category though
