ok I'm addicted to this site. And I finally became a member.

I live in Montana and have 2 rental properties. 1 SFH and a duplex. I'm 26 and I'm loving being a landlord (ok I love the rent money)

I owe 10,000 (interest only loan) on the SFH and it rents for 800 month.

How should I pay back the loan? No early charges. Insurance and taxes together are a bit over 1100 a year.

The house is worth about 55,000.

What thinks you?
