I have only one tax bill. the lot in question is very very tiny. like 5 feet from back of lot to water.

City Council is not fond of STRs, due to a tiny handful of "party houses" that got out of control, and very vocal opposition from certain neighborhood groups (and I suspect also from lobbyists for the hotel industry).

Eventually we would build a tiny home in the backyard or convert the garage as well.

Even properties with a mother in law quarters, a tiny house, or a garage conversion.

From tiny homes and treehouses to mansions in the mountains, there seems to be evergreen and expanding demand.

We also like the tiny little ikea vadholma cubbies for allowing door opening space next to a fridge and for achieving a "built in" look next to a fridge.

Noticed about 100 Tiny Houses being built in place. 

I have been looking in more rural areas to see if there is opportunity to buy some land and build tiny houses or yurts or something. 

But because it isn't worth my time to enter and keep track of a bunch of 1099s that are for tiny amounts. 

So why aren't more people taking tiny home investments serious?
