As a landlord, providing a safe, comfortable space and fostering a relationship of mutual respect is a way to enhance quality of life.

My dream is to provide more housing options here in Houston and foster a sense of community in my multi-family.  

I'm hoping that while I collect as much knowledge as I can, I can create connections/relationships to foster and grow. 

I understand the rental risk and am against it 100% for that reason, but you know this must be happening out there in some instances.But I do wonder if CPS would have to say about this--I wonder if they would confiscate the children from the Mother and put them in Foster care or something (???)
