absolutely will..with a starter home that i flip, it may not be necessary, but the kitchen is so small that it doesn't pay to not do it..i don't have any empirical evidence, sorry to say....but i can tell you there's a wow factor when you're doing something better than the competition...if kitchens sella house, why not dress it up for a little extra?

I do not specialize in land but the general idea is to lock up land less than 50% of market value ( ideally 25%) and then wholetale it.

Great idea, but I don't think I'd make as much on an AirBnB as it's a little further inland and wouldn't be an ideal vacation rental- plus the feast/famine of AirBnB would stress me out a bit.
